Why UK employers choose our health and safety for employers

What businesses tell us makes the difference when they switch their health and safety for employers to EmployerHQ.

Competent person on call

Section 7 of the Management of H&S at Work Regulations 1999 requires you to appoint a competent person. We fill that role for you with an IOSH or NEBOSH-qualified consultant.

Suitable and sufficient risk assessments

We write site, task and DSE risk assessments that an HSE inspector will accept, with clear control measures and review dates.

Written H&S policy

Required by law once you employ five or more people. We draft a clear policy, statement of intent, organisation and arrangements, tailored to your operation.

Accident, RIDDOR & investigation support

When something goes wrong, we help you investigate, decide if it is RIDDOR reportable, file the F2508 and write the corrective actions.
