David White - Managing Director

Managing Director, David White, has a great deal of experience in generalist Human Resources Management, the last ten years of which were spent at senior management level. David has worked in a variety of professional services/telecoms/IT/travel industries in both an operational and strategic HR capacity.

An expert in dealing with TUPE and mergers alongside redundancy and restructuring, David has extensive employee relations experience up to and including tribunal representation. He’s also experienced in management development, career and succession planning, employee benefits and reward.

David is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has an Honour’s degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management, specialising in leadership and change management.

Annie Ward – Director

Annie has over 20 years experience in specialist Learning and Development areas. She has worked operationally for a global automotive manufacturer, and is an experienced coach and trainer.

She has held a number of management roles gaining a great deal of experience in leadership development, coaching and counselling, discipline and grievance handling and resolution, recruitment and selection, performance management and learning and development.

She has particular experience in the automotive, call centre, retail, catering and service industries.

Lianne Saunders - Director

FMAAT, BSc (Hons) Business Studies

Lianne has over 10 years experience and provides a hands-on approach to everyday HR activities as well as applying her specialist knowledge of business and performance management to help her clients’ businesses succeed.

Lianne is continually developing new products to add to the HR Service Centre’s portfolio of services.
